Summer Fitness Training
What: Fitness training sessions - sprint work/conditioning (wear jogging shoes/flats to run sprints)

When: We will train once a week as a group on Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 8pm (see calendar)
Where: At the Glenbard West High School Track... the track is located on the back side of Glenbard West HS (next to Lake Ellyn Park)

            If turn out is high enough we will play touch rugby atfer sprint work at the Soccer/soft ball field across from Glenbard West High School

            Soccer ield is on Crescent Blvd between Ellyn Ave and Lake Rd  (see map)
Who: Glen Ellyn area rugby players... high school age to high school grads and beyond (college players, those in their 20's, 30's and beyond)

Summer Tournaments - 7's & 10's
What: Tournaments in the summer are in 7's or 10's format... 7 players versus 7 players, two 7 minute halves, with 3 or more games in one day
Who: We will look to field HS age teams at the two tournaments listed below as these tournaments have HS divisions.
When/Where:
                            Firehouse 7's - Saturday, 6/14/08 @ Lemont, IL (Chicago Blaze Pitch - see map)
                            Great Lake 7's - Sunday, 7/13/08 @ Lemont, IL (Chicago Blaze Pitch - see map)

We will also look to enter a few other tournaments with players of all ages... this will depend on numbers/interest. You will need to be at summer training on a regular basis to receive details on which tournaments of the below teams will be participating in.

                           Lumberjack 10's - Saturday, 7/26/08 @ Minocqua, WI
